Classroom Rentals

Softek Services has three spacious computer training rooms available for full-day rental. Our rooms are ideal for hands-on training for eight to twelve students and include the following:

• Eight to twelve networked Pentium 1.5 Ghz (or faster) computers
• Each computer is preinstalled with Windows XP or Vista, 512 MB to 2 GB RAM, 15" or 17" monitor, spacious hard drives, keyboard and mouse
• Instructor station connected to a LCD projector
• Internet connection
• White board and markers
• Access to laser printers
• Complimentary coffee, tea, soda, spring water, pastries, fruits, cookies, and other snacks
• Access to refrigerator, microwave, and courtesy telephones

Rental Rates

• Additional discounts may be available for greater volume
• Software installation and clean up (if required) is billed at $85 per hour
• Discounts are offered for monthly or yearly contracts
• A 35% deposit is required to reserve training rooms. The deposit is fully refundable or can be applied towards a future rental if 2-weeks' notice is given for a cancellation
